Payments are processed only through payment service providers licensed by the Central Bank of Kuwait, including KNET. We do not store your full card details, and no additional fee is applied to electronic payment without the prior approval of the Central Bank of Kuwait.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Your cancellation, return, and refund rights depend on the type of product and are set out in full in our delivery and refund policy. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method without additional charge.

All content on our store - including the name, logo, text, and images - belongs to Lulu Sweets or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.
